August 25, 8pm @ The Neptune Theatre - Oresteia Ubuntu

Though, in the Greek tradition, the Gods often came down from the heavens to change the direction of man, in this adaptation of The Oresteia, African Tree Productions and Tribes Project will confront human trappings of revenge & forgiveness, essentially asking “how can we move past traditional paradigms like an ‘eye-for-an-eye’?” when a constant spiral of vengeance killings keeps slamming us like an endless hurricane.
